  REGISTRATION & FEES

REGISTRATION:

Click on "Online Registration" on the top left of the conference page and provide the necessary information. Once you have registered, a registration confirmation letter will be sent to your email. One full registration includes one paper registration, attendance at all conference sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches and the access to all conference documentation.

International participants:
USD120

Students from Malaysian universities:
RM200 (with proof of student status)

Students from universities outside Malaysia:
USD70 (with proof of student status)

*Fees are inclusive of GST

PAYMENT:

Please choose your payment mode from the following options:

1. Participant Login

Payment may be made using electronic bank transfer setup at the "Participant Login" page. Click "Pay via e-payment". A copy of the transaction slip must be uploaded at "Upload payment slip for conference" as proof of payment as soon as the payment is made.

2. ATM deposit

You may proceed to any ATM at any local bank and deposit the required fees to the following bank account:

Important:

1. Please indicate UMDS 2017 in your payment in your e-payment or telegraphic transfer.

2. All bank/transfer charges are to be borne by the participant and must not be deducted from the conference fees.

3. A copy of the transaction slip must be uploaded at "Upload payment slip for conference" as proof of payment as soon as the payment is made OR email the proof of payment to umds2017@um.edu.my.
 

4. All attending authors and co-authors are required to pay the conference fees.

5. For presenters, conference fees must be paid in full by 30 September 2017 for abstracts to be included in the conference programme.

6. For participants, conference fees must be paid in full by 15 October 2017.

7. A 50% refund is available, if a request for refund is made to the Conference Secretariat by 15 August 2017. No refunds will be provided after this date.
